Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
Your order will ship within two business days after puchase (unless otherwise noted on the product page.) Most items ship within one business day. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you notice any issues with the tracking information, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We will glady accept unused normal priced items for up to 14 days from the time of purchase. After we inspect the item we will issue a refund on your card. To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will instruct you on starting the return process. Note, we are working on making this process better at the moment.
Did the collar not fit? Was the color of the leash not what you expected? Send it back within 14 days and we will glady exchange it for another product. To start an exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and we will instruct you on starting the exchange process.
